Here is the God Shaped Void album Grey Skies, that Gary Billings (co-founder and front man of Carfax Abbey) and I did circa 2009. He wrote most of the songs on guitar, and invited me to add some synthy Brainclaw flavor on most of the tracks. We performed, recorded and produced them in Studio Auroviral. Lovely, dark, moody stuff… A couple of fun covers as well. Enjoy.

Back in September of 2006, Brainclaw was selected to appear on a new Depeche Mode tribute compilation called Bright Lights, Dark Room.

What evolved was a Brainclawified version of Depeche Mode’s classic single “Work Hard. You can listen to the song here.

Brainclaw was guests with many excellent electro industrial artists on this compilation, including Razed In Black, Serotonin, Swarf, Blue October, Run Level Zero and many more.

If you are interested, you can get this amazing Depeche Mode Tribute here.

Enjoy!

To generate excitement for the upcoming release of the new Brainclaw album DECEPTOR, let’s take a trip down Brainclaw Memory Lane…

Here is Brainclaw’s cover of the Tears For Fears classic “Mad World from back in the day, circa early 2005…

We will be posting rare and forgotten Brainclaw tracks over the coming weeks with regularity to get things warmed up for the new release, and to let folks get a listen to older things that may have escaped their notice the first time around.

Enjoy, and stay tuned for more!

(You may hear things that have NEVER seen the light of day before!)
